These collages are pieces of the products of preschoolers having had a field day or two with liquid watercolors on butcher paper. I couldn't bring myself to part with startlingly beautiful washes of paint upon paint, and allowed the pieces to speak to me and tell me how they wanted to be arranged, and how my pen and markers could bring their stories to life.

INK
The black and white portraits in India ink are of people I know, people I have photographed, and commissions. These exercises in observation are meditative and give me the opportunity to enhance what I see and illustrate how I see.
